Sablefish, also known as Black Cod, is a whitefish prized for its buttery, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Thanks to one of the highest oil contents of any Alaskan fish, Sablefish is a nutritional powerhouse packed with omega-3 fatty acids, while also providing 15 g of protein per 3.0 oz serving. The oily, velvety texture makes it extremely forgiving to cook—perfect for sautéing, poaching, and roasting.
